Assistant service
Sherry provides productivity tools for conversations, reminders, preparation, approvals, and user-directed connected services. You are responsible for reviewing generated content and confirming that actions are accurate and appropriate.
Professional and financial use
Sherry is an organizational assistant, not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, bank, law firm, accounting firm, or records-retention system. Its output is not financial, investment, legal, tax, or compliance advice. Financial access is read-only; the app does not place trades, move money, pay bills, or display full account numbers.
Professionals remain responsible for suitability, fiduciary duties, supervision, disclosures, approvals, books and records, and the rules that apply to their organization.
Approvals
Sending email, changing calendars, disconnecting services, deleting data, and other external or sensitive actions require explicit user approval. Approval records are maintained in the action history.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate law, invade privacy, misrepresent identity, send abusive or deceptive communications, or attempt unauthorized access. Do not rely on reminders or notifications where failure could create a risk of death, injury, or material loss.
Availability and changes
Online, AI, push, voice, Google, and financial features depend on configured services and platform capabilities. Browser and Android background behavior can vary. Features may change as security, platform, and legal requirements evolve.
Accounts
You are responsible for access to your email and devices. You may export or delete your data from Settings. We may restrict abusive or unlawful use while preserving applicable data rights.
Disclaimer
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Always verify important dates, recipients, amounts, and professional decisions using authoritative sources.
